These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AIMS platform and related services. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance
By signing up for or using AIMS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using AIMS on behalf of a school or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
Service description
AIMS provides a school management platform including student records, attendance, fees, timetables, exams, and reporting. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access but strive for high availability.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter, for keeping login credentials secure, and for complying with applicable laws (including data protection and child safety). You must not use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others.
Data & privacy
Your use of AIMS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We process it only as needed to provide the service and as described in our policies. You may export your data at any time.
Fees & payment
Fees for paid plans are as agreed at sign-up or in an order form. You must pay on time. We may suspend access for non-payment after reasonable notice. Refunds are handled according to your plan or agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, AIMS and its providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for operational reasons, with notice where practicable. Upon termination, you may export your data within a reasonable period.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.
